How to Squad GPS

What this tool does

Load a whole squad's Catapult OpenField multi-player CSV export and turn it into a leaderboard of derived metrics. Drill any measure through a cascade — Measure → Family → Statistic → Scope → Bands — and view it as a chart, table or leaderboard. Build a per-player Dashboard of profile radars and pinned views, then save it as a template to replay on next week's file. Everything runs locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

Step by step

Upload your Catapult OpenField multi-player export (CSV). The tool parses every player and builds the Squad summary leaderboard automatically.
On the Explore tab, read the Squad summary, then drill the cascade — pick a Measure, then Family, Statistic, Scope and Bands to narrow what you see.
Switch between Chart, Table and Leaderboard views to compare players however suits.
Move to the Dashboard tab: pick a player from the dropdown, then add Velocity, Acceleration and other banded-family profile radars.
Pin the cascade views you care about into the dashboard recipe, then Save template.
Next week, reload the new OpenField file and Load template to replay the same dashboard instantly.

Tips

Recipe pins auto-replay on new data — load a fresh export and your saved cascade views and radars rebuild themselves.
Profile radars are per-player vs the team average, so each athlete is read against the squad baseline.
